2. Eligibility & Account Security
To enroll in our courses, you must create a student portal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- Single User License: Each account registration is strictly for a single student. Sharing portal login details, credentials, or course access with friends, peers, or third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Simultaneous Logins Audit: Our learning management system (LMS) conducts automated audit logs. Detection of simultaneous logins from different IP addresses/devices or unusual activities will result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Course Access & Licenses
Upon payment of the course fee, The Law House grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the educational materials, watch lectures, and participate in mock tests solely for your personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
License Restrictions:
You may not rent, lease, sub-license, resell, or distribute any part of the course content. Access durations are limited based on the course subscription term purchased (e.g., 6 months, 1 year) and will automatically expire at the end of the term.
4. Intellectual Property Protections
All content provided in our courses — including but not limited to pre-recorded video lectures, live session streams, mock test questions, legal study materials, bare act analyses, notes, articles, and graphic UI elements — is the sole property of The Law House and is protected by Indian and International copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, screen-recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted as a downloadable PDF), streaming, republishing, or uploading our materials onto Google Drives, Telegram channels, YouTube, torrents, or any public sharing platform.
Violation of this clause constitutes a criminal offense under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. The Law House reserves the right to terminate access instantly, initiate legal prosecution, and claim damages.
5. Payments & Billing
All course prices listed on our portal are subject to change without notice. Payments must be made in full through our integrated secure payment gateways before access is provisioned.
You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account (including applicable local taxes like GST) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the digital nature of our educational services (which includes instant access to pre-recorded lectures, downloadable syllabus guides, and dynamic mock tests):
All course purchases, mock test packages, and digital notes subscriptions are final. The Law House operates under a strict No-Refund and Non-Transferable Policy. We highly encourage students to explore the free preview videos and review the sample test simulator before proceeding with a paid enrollment.
7. Limitation of Liability & Exam Disclaimers
Our learning programs are designed to assist you in preparing for legal examinations (CLAT, Judiciary, AIBE, etc.). However, The Law House makes no guarantees regarding your final exam results, passing scores, selection ratios, or future professional placements.
The lessons, legal interpretations, and cases analyzed within our programs are strictly for academic instruction and must not be construed as professional legal advice.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of our registered headquarters region in India.
