Founder, The Law HouseDr. Surbhi Wadhwa is a legal educator, researcher and author with a deep commitment to making the study of law more meaningful, accessible and relevant for students. Her journey as a law student, judicial aspirant and faculty member has shaped her understanding of the challenges students face, particularly the overwhelming volume of information and the difficulty of identifying what truly matters. Hailing from a family associated with the publishing of law books, discussions and interactions with members of the legal fraternity were a natural part of her upbringing. This early exposure, combined with her own pursuit of law, developed into a lasting interest in reading, writing, teaching and understanding the law beyond its text.
The Law House is an extension of this journey and of her belief that legal education should go beyond merely memorising provisions, judgments and textbooks. It is envisioned as an ecosystem where students can develop conceptual clarity, think critically, engage with the law meaningfully and prepare with greater confidence.
